I remember when I was staying with parents this company infosys provide me with courage , planning , decision making although the work was very frustrated they accept us standards at workplace no muttery or selfish thing is allowed I work for an year and half but it was like before I join this company if I have to highlight with an e.g I was basically like school child and needs lot of pampering but when joined this firm I understood if a person is well mannered,disciplined ,respectful and innocent no matter even if it's outside this company will face huge pain to bring something under the table like managing entire family I do re call when gous husein naikwadi sir use to take one on one after every 14days they use to simply say dear your are working for a reputed brand do not behave like nonsense little child who throws tantrum if some of there elder ask him to behave in manners and be disciplined😅😅😅😅😅😅

He is a genius who has done great works no doubt.. but he should vw given 10% to 20% reservation for talented kannadigas in his company.. so that a few others would ve followed.. but he preferred money over us.. and bangalore is full of north indians.. party dogs.. brought cheap labours from north india.. gave dem big salaries.. not even once he thot bout kannadigas as small priority..
