Kyunki koi kehta hai quarterly hoti hai increase or koi kehta hai july mein hoti hai… Or ek or question… Abhi infosys mein hmko 1 year complete hote hi salary 5k bdha dete hai or uske 2months bd hi senior systems engg bna dete hai. But salary nhi bdhti. But kyunki mai UK shift krti hu to 5k-5500 mera NSA (night shift allowance) aajata hai. To 1saal tk hmko 22500 + 5000NSA ke milte hain. Or confirmation ke bd 27000 + 5000NSA ke milte hai
