Looking for an easy-to-understand introduction to your INFRADIAN RHYTHM? You came to the right place! Most of us are familiar with our CIRCADIAN RHYTHM but unfortunately the infradian rhythm definition seems to have been left out of our school books, specifically as it relates to the female menstrual cycle. The female infradian rhythm is at the core of women's cyclical biological nature and, by centering your life around your menstrual cycle phases and hormones, you're able to ACHIEVE MORE with LESS dread, stress, and sweat! In this video, you'll be given clear examples on how to align your DIET, WORKOUTS, and your SCHEDULE with your infradian rhythm. In other words, this is cycle syncing made easy!
The core lesson we can learn from our infradian rhythm is that women who are in their reproductive years (approximately ages 12-51) should NOT be trying to perform at the same level every single day (despite societal pressures to do so). WHY? Because the fluctuations in our hormone levels cause us to naturally want and NEED different things over the course of our menstrual cycles. When you tailor your diet, exercise, schedule, and self-care rituals to fit each specific phase of your menstrual cycle, life becomes MUCH MORE EFFORTLESS.
Bestselling author and women's hormone expert, Alisa Vitti, wrote a LIFE-CHANGING book called In The Flo (see link below), which serves as both a period repair manual and a guide to natural hormonal alignment. Alisa's coined the term "Cycle Syncing Method" to describe the combination of recommendations she provides for aligning with your infradian rhythm and achieving true hormonal balance. Don't forget to subscribe so that you don't miss any upcoming videos on how I've adapting my lifestyle to align with my infradian rhythm using Alisa Vitti's recommendations.
SPOILER ALERT on UPCOMING VIDEOS:
Cycle review, what to eat during each phase of the menstrual cycle, which specific workouts I've been doing during each phase, etc.
In the meantime, I highly recommend reading Alisa's life-changing book and/or visiting her Flo Living website (floliving.com).

Wow Indian women actually used to follow this but during colonialism it was marked as superstition and rejected and then feminism came and all the females wanted to compete with males and work according to their rythm forgetting how different we are from them and no matter what it's called it's ancient tradition and it's authentic , thankyou for introducing me to this knowledge again

"All the females wanted to compete with the males" -- No, no. It was a man's world. Women HAD to. There wasn't an option.

What about tying true ayurveda and the blood type diet to this? Its blowing my mind how different meats, grains, veg , fruits, sweeteners , spices affect us all individually. Ayurveda is 5000 years old and blood type diet is fairly new bit but both insanely identical. It's crazy. Whatever little is lacking I think is up to foods have changed a bit since 5000 years ago. Look into this. I'm experimenting right now.
