My daughter received a U in conduct and an A in grade. I went to her teacher and told her that she was not challenging enough for my daughter, and demanded that she gets her tested in the Gifted and Talented Program. Guess what? She passed it with flying colors, put in a gifted program, and never received another U. Parents need to get involved in their children's lives, especially at school.

*High School was traumatizing for me because it was SOOOO BORING and unnecessary, a complete waste of 4 years that didn't advance me at all 👎 and i think it actually effected parts of my temperament in a negative way. personally, i think once you become 13/14, you should be given an equal balance of legal work and education 👍 take the classes that will impact your life and make a modest income so these kids don't get discouraged with Algebra 10 and drop out to sell crack* 🌈

I think when he have voids from a poor childhood and bad upbringing we need to seek God. As a byproduct of seeking him he will fill our voids. He will give us true love and fulfilment that we yearn and desire in other people.
