As a spanish fan, I love seeing you do something similar to our tortilla. There's always a debate on Spain about whether you add onions or not and how cooked the eggs should be, cause in each house and each person likes it a bit different. I've also made the chips omelette version, my uncle used to make it for my cousin and my mom and I copied it. Though we never used the oven, we made everything in the pan. And I'm gonna give you some tips and tell you how we used to do this: 1. When we did it with the chips, we usually crushed them and treat it like a regular omelette, you just get your regular omelette with some crunch here and there, and that potatoey aftertaste. 2. Always season the eggs no matter how much seasoning the potatoes/chips have. That can give you the extra flavor 3. When you do the actual spanish omelette, what we usually do is that when the eggs are set on the bottom and sides, you put a plate on the top of the pan, flip the pan, and then put the omelette back on the pan so it cooks on the other side. People eat it as it is, with some bread and some people also like to add ketchup or mayo on the side. You can do as you wish Love you Inga

I'm Irish but Spanish omelette is one of my go to cheap and easy meals. Always with onions. And I like mine with sesame oil and sriracha, I drizzle them on my serving plate and put the tortilla browned side down on top of them and it's enough to add flavour but not overpower things.

I remember making the (actual) Spanish omelette years ago from the recipe by Omar Allibhoy here on KZbin. It was super good, even if it took a while to make. The oreo brownies and mozzerella sticks I feel I have done several times without knowing it was a viral thing. It was more of a student-life-experimental period xD Thanks for the always awesome uploads. Knowing you do these productions all by yourself makes it so impressive. It's so much work behind a video, not just the actual filming but also pre-prod/planning/editing, music etc. Appreciate it all! :)

Oreos, Milk, Cool Whip...Dip each Oreo in the milk for about 5 seconds. Place in a glass dish, each as close as possible to each other. Then spread a good layer of Cool Whip and repeat. You can either freeze it or refrigerate it for a few hours. It is so good!
