Excellent final product, congratulations. Product is functional to its end use and does its job very well. No dedicated suspension for use on bumpy roads but curved frame plus torsion on wheel spokes allows _a little_ flexion. Acceptable at walking man speeds. They can be PROUD of a very well made job. Congratulations from an Argentine Engineer.

Where do you see a bald tire? I can perfectly see the relief pattern on it. He just *washed* it, which was needed.

I never thought about using a hammer to set the tire/tube onto the rim.

It's very common in the tire repair/replacement trade. Not everybody has a pneumatic pressure piston to do it.

Taking old, worn out stuff and making it look new.
