Even if the gun is licensed - There are laws to control its use , only if your life is in serious danger you are allowed to draw a weapon - What was the danger here - They first run over the guys leg , then The woman beat up the man , Son and father bashed his head with stones - and then they not only drew the weapon but fired it . If the law is truly implemented they should go to Jail and never be given a lenience again. They are a danger to society .
