I am a goan but i now dont like going there cause of all this. Once we were on the beach and taken an active for rent but the duplicate keys was with someone local who came and stole our things from the bike. It is not understandable as to why RTO and Police Gates shud be there at the border of Karnataka, Maharashtra States. Well, Excise post also is not required at Pollen and Mollem and other borders bcos liquors are excise free in Goa. Other state Excise is responsible for apprehending liquors
