Another great video. In regard to lower face around mental Foramen some people have shadowing and volume loss around the foramen and I was told going deep will get rid of shadowing very nicely but from your video you would do superficial injection . Would you do superficial or deep around mental foremen ? Thanks

Nothing is 100% safe. These are “safer” areas to treat compared to higher risk areas.
