Nice to see you bumped up to 4k. Video is super clean and buttery smooth.

I left a comment on the last video about wondering how the blues and reds would do on my TRX-4. Funny, this is what my TRX-4 looks like. 😆 I used a TRAXX body on my TRX-4. Great information.

I have a 16 pound trx4 79 bronco. Best way to do it is antifoams with a lot of tuning rods and a tire with firm rubber. Proline g8 compound is great for heavy rigs, the lugs are stiff enough to grab. This set up is expensive, but worth it for already expensive heavy vehicles.

Nice. You gave me some great advice on my Cross RC 6x6. I'm running, Reds on the steer and front drive axle and Blues 9n the rear drive axle. Thanks 👍🏾

The Greens look perfect for sand snow and mud, larger footprint. Plenty of squat

I would pick the red as well. These inserts have shown that they soften some over time with use.

I just put the red one in my 79 bronco wich weight little over 12lbs and they work great for my rig!!!!

Couple of manufacturers started doing motor mounts, brackets, etc for planes a while ago. 1st ones were 💩. Now they're stronger and last longer than factory

I just over volt so hard that i shred the tires each time out. Never need inserts if you blow the tires to pieces.
@V8chump9 ай бұрын
These are dumb cheap though by comparison. If you have a ton of tires you like to swap between they could be a good choice
@grey-adventures9 ай бұрын
One big oversight to your tests of these inserts. The tires used are much too wide for the inserts. These inserts are optimized for the Injora tires which are narrower than the Tusks. This is causing the excessive roll on side hills. Fimoda makes close to the same inserts but sized wider for a similar price.

Just did the red inserts on some 5.40 tall tires. Had to add little foam also. Guess its a dual stage setup now.

lol they used too , blue in the front red in back

Just ordered red for trx4 sport high trail ~4kg, if too stiff,ill just cut them😊

I've got an idea and wondering your opinion for the reds mainly. How about cutting away the outer ring and replacing it with foam 🤔 my thought is you should still get a good sidewall hold and should hopefully get that little bit of tyre moulding round rocks, So basically there like dual stage foams. Also thanks for doing a 10lb rig it's gives me a better look on how these would work on my 10.2 👊🏼😎🤙🏼💨💨

I’d like to see how the blue and reds are on Thor. Idk if they’ll even fit but that would be and interesting video.

my TRX 4 is 14 pounds with hard body. Do you advice to use blues in front and red in rear?
@Griller19779 ай бұрын
Don't the different colors have weight recommendations from Injora? That being said, the greens look like the go to on a heavier rig if you're going to be doing something like snow, ice, sand, for that super aired down look. I'll probably get greens for my lighter build and blues for my scale-ish rig. I don't intend to have anything heavy enough to need a red at the moment.

From everything I've heard about the red compound, I figured the red would have sucked on everything! 🤷♂️🤪 reckon not.

What would your recommendation be for a stock Ecto as a trail truck and sport crawling? Blue or green?

You’ve never had a servo or esc that just drove you crazy while crawling? On fast cars or bash cars it’s no big deal but while you’re crawling it can get annoying!! Joe knows his shit!!
