Awesome build! I have an IR60 on that grasshopper frame as well. Curious to see how your flex blades do.. i had issues with them making my rear suspension binding and not being able to compress. Essentially getting stuck.. Same shocks as well, they work great otherwise!

Hmm I wonder if the shocks weren't aligned vertically, if the tops and bottoms of the shocks are farther out or too far in it much like a triangle it will cause the shocks to bind.
