Latihan yang baik adalah program yang memperhatikan keselamatan dan kenyamanan atlet. Tidak jarang cidera terjadi justru pada saat melakukan program atau pada saat bertanding lomba.
Untuk itu pencegahan cidera bisa dilakukan dengan program khusus agar presentase terjadinya hal tersebut bisa diminimalisir.
