+WeaponXSigma you're correct, twice technically. First time Raiden just stunned him with a blast knocking him on his ass and took LK, Batman couldn't do much. The only reason it didn't KO him entirely was because he had a "synthetic rubber" suit which can absorb electricity to a degree. Raiden wasn't exactly going all out either, then at the end of the game. Raiden and Superman were the only two left standing against Dark Kahn. Sub-Zero also beat Batman, he knocked him out flat.

Sub Zero has beaten Scorpion too remember, people underrate Sub, this one Kauai liang is a badass and more powerful than the original sub zero aka bi han aka noob saibot.

Due to these interactions I have been thinking on roster ideas for MK vs DC 2, this is what I have thought of so far. Raiden/Superman: The main heroes, being typically the most powerful and respected. Liu-Kang/Captain Marvel: Essentially the mightiest mortals of each universe. Shao-Kahn/Darksied: The big villains of the franchises, ruling over a dark and treacherous realm. Kitana/Wonder Woman: Princesses who rule over a prosperous beautiful land with near immortal beings. Black Adam/Goro: Proud rulers who fight for their people, also rivals to Liu-Kang and Captain Marvel. Cyborg/Sektor: Cyborgs. Robot Man/Cyrax: Cyborgs who were forced into their fates, also yellow color scheme. Negative Man/Ermac: Bandaged up individuals typically made up of multiple beings. Elasti-Woman/Johnny Cage: Former celebrities with super human abilities who have become protectors of their planets. Havik/Dr. Fate: Paired more so because they are opposites since Fate is a Lord of Order and Havik is a Cleric of Chaos. Sub-Zero/Batman: The more popular character despite Superman and Raiden typically being the bigger hero, and they were paired in the first game. Smoke/Nightwing: Their first allies. Noob/Red Hood: The 'deaths in the family'. Frost/Damien: The problematic partners. Mr. Miracle/Taven: Sons of powerful gods who were sent to unfamiliar worlds in an effort to stop a great war. Sareena/Big Barda: Femme Fatales who worked for a major villain before the hero (Sub-Zero/Mr. Miracle) freed them from their servitude. Kabal/Flash: Speedsters. Scorpion/Etrigan: Demonic entities bound by sorcery. Mileena/Cheetah : Feral enemies of Wonder Woman and Kitana. Hippolyta/Sindel: Mothers of Kitana and Wonder Woman.

I would have said Black Adam and Shang Tsung are a better duality. They're both rivals to Captain Marvel and Liu Kang, both have worn black clothing at some point, they're both sorcerers, and if you really want to stretch it, they've worked with Superman and Raiden before (BA for the regime in Injustice and Shang in Mk11).

I believe what we can make of this is that shortly after the events of Mk vs Dc, the injustice timeline began on the Dc side. While on the Mk side it became an alternate timeline made by Kronika. And with the two universes now aware of eachother's existence they tend to crossover from time to time.

But the raiden and green lantern one suggests it never happened and that he reversed the time Know I think what is happening is that some characters are forgetting what happened since the times changed and some are still remembering what happened

Hmm seems after Raiden reset things in 9, some sort of variant of MK VS DC Occurred.. But instead of the main DC world we saw in that game, this implied incident crossed the Post-Armageddon timeline, With the "Elseworld"(probably before Joker set off the nuke). Where as before it was Pre-Armageddon mixed with the "Prime" timeline(Where superman was fine). This would create something similar but also very different. It is also the only scenario I can think of where characters on both sides would remember it(Since in MK11 everyone remembers Joker despite time being rebooted). It is rather interesting thinking about this sort of "Phantom" event that may have occurred..

Hang on, Flash fought Deathstroke, Catwoman, Kano and Batman in his chapter, disappeared from the story after Liu Kang defeated him, and reappeared to fight Lex Luthor before they went to Apocalypse. Sub-Zero fought Raiden, Deathstroke, Batman and Scorpion. The fight stills on Apocalypse show Flash fighting Scorpion and Sub-Zero fighting Batman. When did Flash fight Sub-Zero?

So MK vs DCU may have happened after MK9 and in the Injustice universe but before the events of Injustice 1. Remember, there's a 25 (if I remember correctly) year gap between MK9 and MKX. Sub-Zero's story mode intro supports him and Raiden showing up after MKX. But the new MK vs DC events had to have happened sometime after MK9 and after Sub-Zero became human again.

I just realized something. In injustice 2 the joker's the joker that from the universe that's not the injustice 2 universe that the entirety of injustice 2's set in, ergo the other universe in injustice: gods among us. And both the 2nd universe's joker AND the injustice universe's Darkside both seem to remember the events of Mortal Kombat vs. DC universe. If both the Darkside and The Joker in this game are both from 2 separate universes, then how do they both remember the events of Mortal Kombat vs. DC universe.

The two of them were accidentally merged when Raiden and Superman simultaneously interrupted Shao-Kahn and Darksied escaping through portals and due to this interruption, the two basically merged into each other, causing the merger and universal destruction. Eventually at the end of the game, only Raiden and Superman are left and they fly to Dark Kahn's fortress which is a mix of Outworld and Apokolips where they finally face Dark Kahn. Dark Kahn attempts to use his rage powers to force Raiden and Supes to fight each other but they are able to fight it off, teaming up to destroy Dark Kahn once and for all. What Raiden is referncing is when the two of them defeated Dark Kahn in the Apokolips/Outworld castle Dark Kahn was in.

He is the main antagonist of the crossover fighting game, Mortal Combat vs DC. He is the fusion of Darksied and Shao-Kahn who were accidentally fused together when Superman and Raiden simultaneously interrupted their escape via portals which ended up fusing them together into one powerful being who's very existence was merging and destroying both realities. Besides having all the powers of both characters, he also has the ability to infect people with Rage which basically turns the victim into a blood lusted killer, ready to fight anyone they lay eyes on whether they are a friend or foe. Raiden almost killed Liu-Kang under its influence and Superman almost killed Batman so it doesn't matter how close you are to a person, if you can't fight it, you will murder them if you get the chance. Funnily enough, I think this was before the Red Lanterns of DC comics were created so I am rather interested to see what they would think of Dark Kahn since he can infect people with the emotion of rage, which the Red Lanterns are powered by.
