There's plenty of characters in the game that could be spammy, I don't know why people are complaining, lol. I mean, Green Arrow and Super Girl (just spam circle and they'll shoot a load of projectiles) and Scarecrow and Batman (you could just keep hooking your opponent closer to you for combos.)

Am I the only one that sees decent combo potential with this guy? I say decent only when he has the incendiary rounds active which deal a significant amount of damage. Pair that with his awesome zoning, I think he can be a well rounded fighter.

Oh yeah, he totally has stuff you can do. With most of his up-close attacks being knock-backs, if you're quick enough on the draw, you can get some nasty combos off by knocking them into his long distance range.

PowerhousePR it's not cheap, a zoner can be difficult to play as.. as soon as you get in they are pretty fucked, it's only people who aren't good at fighting games that can't adapt. I don't play zoning characters by any means, I prefer rush down cancel characters but you could argue having that kind of pressure and 50/50s is just as cheap. pressure characters just requires more execution to play but zoners require more reads to be affective

Just duck high gun, jump over low shot and block the machine gun . Its easy to see cuz he takes step back before machine gun or crouches and takes rifle before low shot. He doesnt have sword flip like deathstroke had so easier to get in on him . And low shot is single shot not like deatstroke low guns were :P Only noobs will complain about him and firestorm and other zonerts . Ohhh I cant wait for online salt same as I get with quan chi in MKX :D

The ability to drain an opponents meter at range seems pretty overpowered. I have a feeling like Deadshot will either get a nerf or be banned in competitive.

It really doesn't drain all that much unless you do the meter burn version of his moves, which basically makes it a fair trade if it hits. If it gets blocked or misses, Deadshot blew his meter for nothing and is put at a disadvantage, and if it does hit, well basically he and his opponent are on even ground.

To be honest. I try to be really positive about stuff like this because someone's gonna have fun and some people like playing keep away because they're probably not good at an average rushdown character. Just probably not the guys fighting him, even if you win it's slightly frustrating that you just had to endure things like that, there are people who purposely like ruining games for others and Deadshot is the character they'll do that with. Hopefully I'm wrong and it's not basically a cheese fest.

The only way to avoid this on fighting games is to set a Maximum distance form the projectile of that one character. PowerhousePR Deadshot is very weak up close, and you can close full screen distance in almost one roll. I don't see how this is an issue unless you're incapable of playing smart. I honestly never had any issues fighting any of the zoning based characters from the original injustice.

His shots not only are very fast but they ALSO push you away which makes it even more impossible to stay close. The problem with this characters is that the TIME!!! runs out. You end up losing cuz you are either jumping to avoid attacks and the time runs out or you are trying to get close to him and the time runs out. Its just EXHAUSTING!!! By limiting the distance they MAKE HIM stay close to you to get a shot and gives you a moment when he is getting closer to connect him
