Looks like Brainiac is somewhat execution heavy. I learned my lesson when I tried Reptile in MKX as my first fighting game character. It doesn't matter how cool I think they are, my execution blows donkeys. So far I'm liking green arrow and green lantern. I tried Blue Beetle...but he also seems execution heavy and his 111 gap kills me.

I'm loving the I2 roster so far. After freshening up my Bane play I think i'll pick up Brainiac next. His animations just make everything he does look so flashy, haha. The thing that closes the deal however, is the fact he's voiced by Jeffrey Combs. I would recognize that voice anywhere. How do you feel about Brainiac at this point? Think his complexity (and the reward for it) is legit or will it turn out to be a gimmick?

Ketchup, question about your Cyborg. Is there a particular reason you go directly for the 113 string directly instead of going for 112 which jails your opponent into 113? I just wanted to know if there's a particular reason doing 113 directly was more efficiemt than going for 112 and then 113 concidering its more chip damage and if 112 connects its a knockdown which can lead into a set up.

why you didn't mention his back 2,3? its a very fast combo that has great pushback. "forward 2,3 hard knockdown" you can special cancel from that, df2 or bf3. his divekick, imo is not so great, I have the tendril strike ability and the metal combo meterburn which makes the combo ender a combo starter too, and is great damage without being punished if you mess up the tendril swing (like superman can punish it with his up grab) and extends the combo on its own using 1 bar that the divekick would have used or spending the 2nd for even bigger damage with tendril strike. I also have the gear that allows his bf3 stage transition so if anyone ever gets caught with my safe meter wakeup i get a free transition out of it for damage I did not expect to get. really fun char to use, but if he gets cornered by a rushdown char he has very little to escape from the corner. Range is his strength

well.. vs any character that ahs an anti air projectile... is's so damn hard to pull off the crossup stunts. at least his strings are somewhat decent. He is super fun to play but really hard to master, depends heavily on meter when he wants to do somewhat damaging combos

I love Injustice 2. So much. I also really liked MKX a lot. But there's one thing in this game that pisses me off, and it's people mashing D2 after they do minus strings, and after I do plus strings. I know, theoretically, they shouldn't get away with it because I'm plus, but everyone including myself makes mistakes, and those mistakes are punished by people who mash that stupid move for their life. I wish D2's were at least a high, so I could duck it.

I main Black Adam, and one of his best strings (F12) starts high, so when I try to take my turn after blocking a D2, they just mash ANOTHER D2 directly after the first one, and catch my F1. Are there any mid-hitting Black Adam strings that can still full combo?

MrAwesomesauce555 I just checked him out try turning B2, DB3 MB into something? it's not the best but it's a fast overhead so should help against the spammers. You can also follow up with a B3

MrAwesomesauce555 You could also try jumping back and DB 3 them, it won't get you a combo but maybe Meter burn might? I'm not really sure about the range of his specials and failing all that you can do something like F2 into FF MB so even if they start kicking you, you can hyper armor through it

Well, his B2 is *kinda* fast, and I have tried that against people who want to mash, but either I'm mistiming it, or it's just a tad too slow and D2's will still hit it.

Scott Tatum buying the ultimate edition just gives you access to all future dlc on release. Supposedly the first dlc character will be Red Hood in August. dunno if Sub or Starfire will be the next after.
