One of the big reasons Superman hates Darkseid is that he shows no remorse in killing innocent people, its pretty hard to hate a guy for doing somthing you yourself did and will continue to do givin the chance

Probably because Darkseid's DLC. If you notice in most of the premier skin packs, most of the in-game characters use recycled dialogue, so you have to rely on the DLC characters for more originality.

In-game character dialogue with DLC characters/Premier skins are usually recycled. That's why they sound so out of place. Hopefully they can fix this in an update.

DCAU is not indicative of either Darkseid's power, or how much more powerful he is than Superman. Superman has never beaten Darkseid in a fair fight single handedly. Superman has only beaten Darkseid with help, or after Darkseid has been weakened (i.e. when he was shot in Final Crisis)

To be fair, I’m not a big fan of superman but I seen some of his strongest version like Pre crises who can sneeze away solar systems and carry planets like nothing, and I seen him manhandled ONLY by Spectre and Darkseid. Spectre makes sense since hes supernatural which Superman even if multiversal is but an ant to anything supernatural.

This isn't a recycle issue, it's the voice actors sounding horrible. Some characters feel like they have a unique dialogue for everyone, but superman and supergirl sound like they're forcing how they speak. I cringe everytime I fight one.

Difficult to explain but they are technically living computers made in New Genesis, the planet opposite Apokolips. They are mostly used to teleport anyone to anywhere in the universe, even if you're not specific. You could say "Take me somewhere safe" or "Take me to where Superman is" and it will instantly take you there. They also have other abilities like communicating telepathically with it's host, gravity manipulation and other stuff but they don't really show it.
