It was accidental because Damian wasn't expecting the outcome. He had always thrown a baton towards Dick's head when he was frustrated during training, and Dick being the master he is caught it everytime. And when Damian Threw it Dick wasn't focusing on him as he normaly would, therefore he didn't catch it and then it was a series of unfortunate events leading to Dick dying.

Scarecrow survived year one. The comics and game are the same canon and dialogue in Injustice 2 confirms it’s the same Scarecrow. Likely he was just in a coma from the Joker toxin. One could argue through constant exposure to various toxins, Crane has built up a general tolerance to venoms and toxins. That’s not how that works in the real world, of course, but comics are ridiculous [which is part of why we love them] so just roll with it.

Injustice is the story of two separate realities colliding and interacting with one another. In the game, characters from universe prime are transported over into the reality in which Superman and the Regime take control. So if a character dies in the Regime reality, it's still a possibility that they are still alive in the prime universe. So technically, they can still be in Injustice 2 assuming that the Regime universe and the prime universe will still be interacting in some way. If the game only takes place in the Regime universe, then obviously everything in this video still holds true. Great vid!
