Ink Pad Storage- tools and ideas to make and keep you organized

I love Ink! Yes, I said it! Because of that, I had to have some sort of organization tools and habits to keep everything at arms length and to keep me from buying repeats (believe me that happened too often for my bank accounts liking).
My go-to's are:
Stamp-n-Storage
Amazon
Jennifer McGuire
Brother Label Maker
I've used these products and organizational systems for years now, and they are still effective to date. Sometimes, when you try a new system, it can be overwhelming, and so my suggestion is to try something in doses. f
For example, if you want to swatch out your inks and organize them by company, then start with a company you have a smaller collection of. Do all the tips and tricks with that smaller collection you think would work for you, and then if you find that certain things worked but others didn't, you can adapt accordingly. I can't tell you how many times I got all caught up in some organization "trend"/hack and got so frustrated with myself when I found out that just didn't work for me and now I had to go back to the drawing board with my entire collection. Bummer! So try certain organizational ideas in small doses or batches before you revamp your whole collection.
I do this as a hobby and small side hustle so having certain things organized by company and others not works for me but having it all organized by company may work better for you and how you craft and your brain works. Again, try things in doses until you find what really works for you.
Change is hard and not always easy and so if you try a certain organizational technique, give it a true go. Don't try it for a day and say it doesn't work. It's been shown that it takes 21 days (or so) to make something a habit, so give a new organization style the 21-day challenge before you kick it to the curb. You may discover that that particular style didn't work for you but an adaption of it might, but you'd never have known that had you not given it a good "college try." 😉

I want those carousels! I have the tall 12x12 paper storage by stamp-n-storage in natural because they didn’t offer white when I bought it! I’m going to check out the carousels! Thanks for sharing!

They are amazing. They even have youtube videos showing you how to put them together. You can put it together by yourself, but I've found having an extra pair of hands very helpful. I think they now offer them in white and already assembled. I save the extra bucks and do it myself so I can buy more ink pads to fill them 😀 . They are a very handy storage solution for me.
