How many layers can you use? say in building a multi layer collage?

It would depend upon the thickness of the paper. I'm using printer paper, so I probably wouldn't use more than 5 or 6 sheets. If you were to incorporate tissue paper, you could probably use up 10 layers before it gets too bulky.
