I have a 7890 plotter accusing cartridge error, in this case only the original 636700

Please explain this at 1:05 you removed the orange plug and it looks that is off while filling it with ink. Then during the priming of the cartridges, at 2:30, you are removing the orange plug once again. So is a bit confusing since it was taken off earlier.

The orange plugs are only to protect that port. They are not used while printing. They are not necessary to print.

The ink is no longer made by Epson, if this is the 7500 from the 2000s. By the way - miracle the printer is still working! But you can use the ConeColor inks for K2 printers in it here: shop.inkjetmall.com/Shop-By-Ink/ConeColor-K2/ But you need to source some refill carts...
