While I certainly don't advocate their behaviour in the workplace, if it's true, it's a single person who's making allegations. Whether or not it's true is up for debate, if it is, that's the mildest sexual harassment I've ever heard of. In fact before the last decade anyone would have called it banter or an unwelcome come on. Used to be even if you were an ugly old bastard, you could still ask a woman if she wanted a drink, or a fuck. Now that's somehow illegal, and high school style pinching and tickling gets you lumped in with genuine rapists and abusers by internet campaigners that have no clue about actual abuse. That however carries on unchecked in the shadows, while you shout about men with slightly inappropriate behaviour. Tell me, how many millions should they pay to settle this vast injustice? It's farcical to me that anyone would even file papers when there are real rape cases that need attending to. It also seems to stem more from the fact that after she complained to her superior, she was told she could be moved no problem. At which point there were no allegations, but they didn't call her back to offer her another position, so suddenly there are allegations to support an unfair dismissal case, only she wasn't employed by Peck or Nunez, but by Viacom's HR department. I suspect that they saw it as banter and she didn't, it probably works when they're down the bar. Old school tattoo artists aren't known for being either politically correct or modern men, but it certainly doesn't make them the rapists and abusers you seem to be intent on making them out in this video's comments. At least be accurate about the allegations! Please also note, that as I said elsewhere, if it turns out Peck or anyone else is a violent misogynist, then they deserve to be in a cell, but seriously, messing with the new assistant you've been given is not a crime, it's just mildly inappropriate behaviour that has been part of how they do things for decades. I don't even like either man as human beings, they're both pricks from what I know of them. But I've worked with women who have suffered rape and sexual assaults, and this just ain't it. You're not helping your busted and broken sisters by pushing marginal cases of inappropriate horseplay as sexual assault. The two are very different things. Please grow up and realise the difference, and why it's important not to cry wolf. It's not great that someone pinched your ribs or gave you a tickle in the workplace, but it's going to marginalise real crimes against women in the future when this is what's pushed as sexual assault. As an aside, not in the last decade or so, but in the past I've worked with men and women where there's been a lot of horseplay and flirting at work that might have been misconstrued. Thankfully it wasn't, but it depends on the individuals you're working with. If however I like a bit of banter at work, I'd like to employ someone who also enjoys a bit of banter to help the day go faster. It's part of the job, not sexual assault, but a bit of verbal banter for sure. That kind of working environment isn't for everyone, but banter is a way of showing love to your mates where I come from, or flirting with women. If it's unwelcome all they gotta do is just say stop, simple. In this instance she did, and it did. But the parent company didn't hire her for another gig, hence the proposed settlement.

My tattoo artist who did two of my tattoos knew Oliver personally since 2003 and he said he is a very sweet guy and honestly I would love to meet Oliver but I don't live in Texas. I admire him for staying true to himself and always staying positive in the midst of adversity.
