The amount of smart moves in this video... man. Flipping the smaller polygon gives a complete sense of depth. LOVELY technique.

+Flying Arrow Games Thanks. That's one of the things I love about graphic design. You get to simulate ideas and control perceptions.

Dear Nick I have just started watching you yesterday and I am already loving your tutorials the only thing I dislike about them is the dark theme for Inkscape I much prefer the light gray theme as it is much easier to see what you doing! Best regards, William

I'm learning so much Nick. Thank you bunches. Do you have any idea why many of your coolest looking projects are silent? I've tried all kinds of searches and messed with flash and java and all of that but subtitles are the best I can do/

How do you get your programs on the left side of the screen to look the way they do? They're all circular, and all the logos seem to be different, in a nicer way. Great video, by the way, it's a beautiful 3D cube. :)

+Oliver Garcia Thanks. My screen appears this way because I'm using Ubuntu (Linux) with a custom theme and custom icon set (it's called Numix, I believe.)

You're the best. You're knowledge of Inkscapes workin's, what things do is incredible. Does it take long to breakdown, ''reproduce'' a graphic or do you wing it on the fly?
@LogosByNick6 жыл бұрын
Thanks, I mostly just wing it. Once you understand how vector design works and know how to use the software, it becomes second nature

you use a lot of "duplicate, shift click, path=union or path= difference- the keyboard shortcuts for those who would like to use shortcuts is -- Ctrl plus "-" equals "Difference" and Ctrl plus "+" equals union- I'll have to get used to clicking hte shortcuts keys- but it's quicker than goign to hte menu-
