It is nice when someone finally teaches by talking nice and slowly instead of flying through the lesson leaving the student in the dust.

Just remember if you find other tutorials to be too fast for your liking, you can reduce the playback speed on the video.

you can use Path > Track Bitmap > Edge detection. Really simple edge done

I love your video. I am having trouble though when trying to resize (augment) in the same Inkscape window, and also the same problem when I import the mango to another inkscape window (with another project going on). When I try to resize or pan around with the mango, it disappears. What's wrong? :(

Great explanation! Without it I would keep always using blurred cutouts to color complex stuff Now I can use them just for stronger shadows and do coloring using mesh tool
