Was reading about this killing in UVF:Behind the Mask last night and got an INLA book next. Really is an interesting subject to study. Can't think what it must have been like to live through.

Strange reply but normal would be how I viewed it having grown up in it.... Exciting also - strange thing to say but it was and scary at points never mind heartbreaking when people you knew were murdered :/ Enjoy your studies Thomas - hopefully the channel helps you understand things a bit better.

@@ATroubledLand Fair play mate. Suppose there would be an element of excitement to it all. The more I read the more I'm getting interested into the whole intelligence side of things, so much going on behind the scenes. Probably played a massive part in stopping it all in the end, too much information from each side getting passed to the RUC and Army. Tried to give you a donation today also but Paypal is doing a 2 tier ID system and it's linked to my old number so once I figure it out I'll send over something to help out!! small price to pay to see all this. He could not understand why I work on a channel that makes no money! I said it was the right thing to do having unique access to the material I have. @@ATroubledLand the army, sas , specail branch , F R U and other so called peacekeepers ran there own informers and wouldn't share information with each other. A complete break down in law and order. The other point you made there was times during riots which were fun or had amusing being harresed so much you got to know the local run ruc and brit army. You got to know you well. TOO well. It came to a point when I was coming back from Belfast on the plane specail branch would stop me say hello anthony fill out this form where you stayed in Belfast and where your going in Manchester, even though they called me anthony when 1st stopped. Enough said. If you or your family have a republican or a loyalist family or member interned or sentenced you were stopped a lot more. Sorry to ramble on.
