22 November 22, 2023 Try the double frogging type hook of a comparable size to the original treble hook or a size or two bigger without the split ring on the belly position hook point riding up like a recommended inline tail hook. When retrieved the hooks ride closer to the body, and less likely to snag on anything. This will work on any stick type lure. Best of Luck, and Stay Strong, Will

BKK lone diablo in-line singles have been great for me the last two seasons. For whatever reason their shape, ridiculous sharpness, and strength not only penetrate, but seem to hold onto fish better than all the other brands I’ve tried (VMC, Mustad, Gamakatsu etc). The Owner Zo-Wire 3x in-line single has also been another hook in which the fish really get the point 🤣

Seal populations are also at peak, and white sharks. Its not just human pressure. Theres easily 50,000 seals around the cape right now.

fish catch and release, people are dumb af, they get almost mad if they see you release a trophy striper but are the first to complain when there arent any more fish around

you have no idea how bad it is in new brunswick, the poaching is unbelievable, they dont even try to hide it its like everytime i go i see it

I've been using this method on Swimming plugs, but does it effect the action on a darter? That's my best producing plug, would love to see an underwater video of a darter with both inlines and treble hooks
