Thanks a lot for sharing with all of us these exercises that will make our legs stronger and can be practised, as you promised, anywhere and anytime, too. By the way, I remember trying your last exercise but couldn't manage to do it since I used to lose balance there. Maybe the clue is to open the angle with your feet, as you showed us. Cheers from Almería in Southeast Spain.

Hello Mr. Thorup, I'm from Indonesia and often watch your videos. Thank you for the lesson, I've got a lot of progress. By the way, I admire your skating skills, but I'm also curious about your first experience on skates. Is there a video, have you ever fallen like me..? Thank you for your attention. Have a nice day.

Hi Viktor, Thank you for sharing the workouts, my kid is 10 years old, as we can see majority of the workouts are dependent on strong knees, do you have any tips to maintain a healthy and strong knees like any specific food, etc

Can you do a video with turn band exercises? And, also give tips on the person on the other end of the band during crossovers; the one giving the skater resistance.

Wow, those are great exercises! Especially the crossovers on the stairs. Too bad you didn't show us how to roll down from the top and stay alive :D
@thorupviktor4 жыл бұрын
It's actually not as scary as it might seem, given that you can lean towards the higher steps, in case you'd lose balance ;)
@Apollo4404 жыл бұрын
@@thorupviktor yeah, I saw that - you can touch the higher steps with your hands and hold on if you need to. But rolling down would be harder - you can touch the steps with all other parts of your body! :D

Trying to figure out where it was recorded outside as it looks like with the birdies screaming on the background , but at the same time the sound of your voice as it was recorded inside. Did you record it outside and added the voice later

I think you overestimate my lip sync skills a bit 😅 this was just the original soundtrack, unlike most of my videos where I add some technical cues afterwards.

While in the elastic band The knees are going out is that okay?
@thorupviktor4 жыл бұрын
You should generally always aim to have the knees in a straight line between shoulder and toes. Some might find it more effective to have them further back or further out front, but they should never go out of that invisible vertical line, if you want to avoid loss of power in the push :)
