Lol. You wont believe it till it happens to u or someone u know. Lots of innocent people in prison. If you dont have 50k (25k is only enough to get halfway thru trial) to take it all the way thru trial YOU ARE GUILTY AS CHARGED. Im a well educated woman ive been around the world and back. I lost everything waiting for jury trial. My Publix c defender was NEVER EVER gonna speak for me, he was never gonna show the only evidence witch was all exculpatory. A week before my preliminary hearing MY OWN ATTORNEY requested a mental evaluation! And when i wrote the examiner to please come so i could get to trial...my attorney quit and my second attorney said my results were the "wrong answer" and he quit when i asked him to go over the case, almost assaulted me too for asking him to show me my file. The 3rd attorney is the last, if he quits its called a "combative defendant" no trial no court, just the judge declaring guilt and sentencing to the max. Steve young altus ok "quietly quit" the fall of 2022 but kept taking cases till he was fired in the summer of 23. Niel west lawton ok is a flaming homosexual who doesnt realize hes a man. He HATES women....all of his women clients are being held indeterminately, they criminal cases stayed, because he got the "right answer"

Maybe consider that the comment was an assumption that, from what he can tell - the young man reads as childlike and sincere. Autism should not be on general population. His social cues and lack of social awareness will always leave him vulnerable by simply biology. The problem is: black communities are Systematically restricted to health services that could have diagnosed and got him help when he was younger. To a white kid, they are "Autistic" for a black kid we are just "special". Well special has no weight in the justice system. Paper trails and documentation from medical professionals do which once again are more available and easily accessible in one community vs the other. This guy should have never gotten here

Some how that’s my fault. I don’t know how, I don’t control any one’s actions but my own. If he’s not getting the health care he needs, that’s his or his mothers fault. It’s not my fucking fault. That’s not the moral of the story foo. He’s saying not to let people walk all over him like his cell mate for example. They are in jail, not the rec center. People are there for many reasons and some of them for violence. In an environment like that you need to stand your ground, not be a pushover, cause the bad people locked in there with you will take every chance they can get to get food off you/money/etc. and the rest of the people won’t help you cause they’re just trying to serve their time and get out.

Honestly, in or outside of jail, that‘a a good talk to have with people. Respect for the man telling him to stand up for himself, that’s fatherly shit right there. Probably wouldn’t have hurt to take him aside and teach him a few moves. I swear, one person can show you a little technique and it already puts you farther ahead of most people. In a real world setting I mean. Most people are never shown how to throw a punch till they just have to. Even someone showing you how to properly stand makes a huge difference
