If you gonna try to open left and right covers don't use any tools. It's must rotate for 2-3° and opens easy.

Hi how disconect battery and charged the battery??

Disconnect battery connector: the connector is the yellow one with two red wires. Change the battery is a normal charging using adapter. However, this fixing is a temporary correction. Finally, I replaced some bad battery cells as the link. kzbin.info/www/bejne/faKQfYeZnJ6so7csi=osZbCb-icaT4Bxgc

I recently purchased a used V10f but it had no volume when switching it on or off and cannot use the speakers! Tried doing a factory reset but still no sound. Also watched a video on tilting the wheel and reinstalling the sound files through the Inmotion app! Also tried using another EUC app (Darknessbot) but still no sound! Any help welcome!

You may check continuity of speaker cables and connections using multimeter and also check the speakers.

Hey I just purchased a 2nd hand v10f with like 3 miles on it like almost brand new, but it doesn’t charge when I plug it in, is their supposed to be a light thats turning on when the charger is plugged in the socket? Even without being in the euc ? Idk what to do now is it the euc hopefully not.

Please, when was your error occuring? I'm receiveing this message after 10/15km of riding. And the wheel turns off.

Me too. Just only 20% battery used, the unicycle stop working with warning.
