Yes, you can mount UFS frames to aggressive boots(they are UFS mount boots). UFS - flat mounting. In FR3 your frames and boots are not UFS, they are 165mm mounting.

@@lonelyberg1808 Another update. I never quite got my single leg balance on the FRXs,as they were a bit too big for my feet. I literally had to wear an extra pair of thick socks just to fill the liner, and there was still too much space between the liner and shell. Plus being flat-footed with knock knees, I heavily pronated because I could never get the boot tight enough. This of course was making me unsure in my skating. Just bought the FR1 Deluxe Intuitions literally to the limit of my foot size (28cm, EU 42) and heat molded to fit perfectly. The ankle straps ratcheting really holds everything into place, so there's less movement in my ankles.

Just got my pair of FR2 Skates and probably the best purchase I’ve made. I’m an intermediate-advanced skater and this just shows that the more you pay, the better the quality. At first glance the FR2s seemed that they would not fit. Very hard shell, high ankle liner, tough laces. It seemed suspicious till I slipped them on, keep in my mind I have an EEE foot, which is wider than the widest foot width! I managed to skate 3 hours with some arch pain that increased greatly towards the end of course. That being said, from experience I am probably lacing up too tight, which is the reason why most wide footers get the arch pain. Anyways, that was my review for wide foot people because the skate is stated to be suited for wide feet. (Narrow foots can work with the skate too! The only thing I am a little shaky on is that the ankle strap is higher than most skates, and with that being said, powersliding will be a bit weird. I was hearing clicking sounds and couldn’t figure if it was the ankle strap coming loose or somehow tightening from pressure, but it probably came loose. This happened a few times and wasn’t too much to worry about as the skate was still strapped on well. So doing other awkward movements, perhaps mohawks or something else is a bit awkward. As an extra, this things destroy crappy terrain, shock absorption is pretty good and that probably comes from the wheels looking to be a good PU and 85A hardness.

Hi! 20 years ago I was a very good skater. Ice, aggressive, street, I loved it. But that was then. So now I decided to grab a new pair and level up my cardio. Is the fr1 worth the extra money compared to the frx - which was my first choice, since I'm not rich unfortunately - considering I'll need to relearn almost everything, but in a few months time I'd like to bomb through the city like I just stole something 😅? Hope someone still reads this
@Inmoveskates6 ай бұрын
Hello. You can use FRX or FR1 for freeride city skating. In FRX compared to the FR1 there will be not enough heel support (due to strap instead of buckle - you can buy this as a part or just choose FR3) and there can be some issues with axles from time to time (stripped 1st and 4th axles if not carefully taken off). The frame is budget, so in theory for high jumps and too many skating days - best to take the frame that goes with FR2 and FR1. However, I haven't seen frame issues lately (there were up to 2018 from time to time as it's not an extruded frame in FRX). Wheels and bearings are okay, anyway, you will change them later once they are done (any wheels will be done after around 10-50 active skating sessions, it depends). Any bearings afraid of water+sand. The only thing that can be changed in FRX later is the mounting system. In FR1 it's the most advanced and strong, but this is needed only if high weight or/and really high jumps, so really extreme use (however, haven't seen that you can break the FRX mounting system anyway). Total - you will have a lot of small pluses with the advanced model, but with a budget one, you can do the same skating. :)

Just ordered my first pair of skates after 10 years, thanks to your video! Very easy to understand and a lot of work taken off us, really enjoyed it. I went for the FR2 ones as i like to have the possibility to try out both, flat and rockered frame feels. If I'm confident on the 4x80 ones I'll get myself an 4x90 endless frame I guess, so I have better speed in general and actual fast liners if I run it 3x100, I'm fucking hyped to skate again! A question I still ask myself - is it smarter to swap out the wheels with cheap ones right from the start, as the first few pairs of wheels will suffer a lot of training lessons, especially breaking and wear off super fast anyway?

Hi, I'm cheering for this model, but I wanted to ask you? Can you put the velcro heel on the liner ??, this model inside the cuff has the coatings to protect the screws? so they don't damage the boot like the fr1? 3 could you buy the cuff buttons to make it eccentric like the fr1 ?? Thanks in advance
@Inmoveskates3 жыл бұрын
1. Velcro heels instead of 45-degree buckle? Yes, you can and it's 1 minute installation. 2. Not in all models you will have it, but in some you do. Need to check. Anyway, you can cut the tape and cover the screws inside your shell/cuff, so it won't damage the liner(usually needs 3 years of skating to damage, so it's a lot. But it depends as some skaters use old versions where it wasn't covered and everything is good). 3. You can, but you will need to buy the cuffs (around 20 USD pair) and "eccentric" (around 7 USD for 4 buttons). And it will work the same as on FR2 and FR1.

Yes. FR 1 has the most upgraded features. Then 2, 3, then X being entry regarding price mostly. Rewatch the video and take notes on each model. The straps also make a difference in price, then the frame diff, the wheels and bearings only on the FR1 are different from the rest, along with slightly different footbed and insert. So if the High light US9 a little small and you have 27.5 cm, then I would recommend to try US10 in FR3 model. The official FR size chart says the same 27.5cm = US10 in FRX/FR3/FR2/FR1

Is it possible to rocker the FR1, if yes why would some one buy the endless frame?
@Inmoveskates3 жыл бұрын
You can rocker using different wheels(just buy 4 wheels in 80mm for example and 4 in 76mm) or if you change the frame. The standard frames on FR1 80, 84, 90, 310, 325 are Flat. Well, the Endless frames not cheap as it's half of the FR1 price, but you can have some additional fun if you will have a few length frames and will skate on both sometimes as it will be different feelings. The plus in Endless frame that you can choose 3 and 4 wheels options in 1 frame. The FR frames for example cheaper with the same quality(as a mass product), but you will need to choose 1 frame from many, while endless it's 2 in 1. So actually just to skate and learn you don't need extra frame as the standard one will work great. But after awhile you can try more frames, boots and etc.

And what are rock able frames? Thank you for even reading this haha We might end up going for the fr3
@Inmoveskates2 жыл бұрын
Hello! You can switch frames between frx, FR3, FR2, Fr1 and almost all of other FR skates models. The only frames you can’t put are UFS frames on a new UFR skates(almost none in stock however) and usually on aggressive skates. Plus some rare Trinity frames by powerslide. Rockable frame means you can use flat(all wheels touches the ground) and banana (1st and 4th wheels are 2mm up) setup. At least in this video we mean banana rockerable setup (usually for slalom, it helps to turn without speed).
@Inmoveskates2 жыл бұрын
