@@IBSTreatmentCenter Can IBS work alone alongside gluten sensitivity, for example if you avoid gluten you can still have diarrhea if you eat things that are too high in FODMAP?

@@Namenlos-m1t Yes. Tons of things cause diarrhea, so if you're still missing another major trigger in your puzzle, then you'll have diarrhea.

@@IBSTreatmentCenter right know evrything is ok 1 maximum 3 Times per Day But the bloating in the evening is still there and i Dont know why.

@@Namenlos-m1t From my own experience I’d say “yes.” I didn’t have any gluten for a few years before I got my first IBS flare up. There are so many intricate definitions involved in all this gastrointestinal stuff that it is hard to follow the trail. Thank you Dr. Wangen. I always study your videos. Many-a-year-ago my brother had an allergy to milk. My father then had raw milk delivered to the house by a milkman. This solved the problem. But, gone are the days of milkmen, and raw milk seems to only be given to the animals!!

Do you think that fermented dairy products are better? I think I have a casein sesitivity but I know that as a child I both had a reaction to cheese, and found great improvements in my symptoms when drinking keffir. But, I've read that there is still casein so I've avoided it mostly, but I know it helped me before.

That varies a lot from person to person. Some people still have problems with a fermented product, and some don't.

When I google “Is Milk good for you “ you are bombarded how healthy milk is for you!! I drink 2 glasses a day and appear to have face acne problems.

Dr. Wangen, I agree with you completely. My family switched from Regular Vitamin d milk to Almond milk. It depends on what your body can handle. If you allergic to cow fat then Almond milk might be a good choice for you.

Almond milk for the win! I gave up cows milk and my flare ups from IBS have stopped altogether! I give my children almond milk as well because my daughter developed anemia from cows milk when she was 18 months old. Her pediatrician gave me a research paper that said cows milk can cause intestinal bleeding, life threatening anemia, early death in women, osteoporosis, etc.

Mos healthy smoothies use coconut milk or Amond Milk, no to.yogurt. Use a Vanilla protein powder, frozen berries, almond butter. Can also throw in spinach or kales
