I never listen to "this kind of music" because anything "spiritual" triggers me a lot. I am cat sitting and staying in a, to me still, new environment. I just lay for 2 hours on the floor with one cat.. It was so connecting. So soothing. The cat kept putting his head into my palm and I put my other palm on it's belly. So much warmth, love and energy was flowing.. I did not want to let go and put up a bed on the floor. I got scared and anxious cause I heard a voice whisper to me and then the other cat came and jumped over us. I got scared.. Froze.. I got up. Went to my bed.. Now.. I searched for something to calm me & there you are. Thank you, love. 🍃 I am trying to breath and rest.. I am scared of voices and ghosts at the time still.. I want to calm down now.. And Let go. I am very scared.. I am scared I did wrong. I am scared I can't handle spirits.. Around and inside me. I want to be here.. I want to be with fear.. I am letting fear write.. Fear: that's all too much! Did you hear it too!? We are doomed. Being: are you panicking, because your need for understanding and rest is not fullfilled, love? Fear: yes. I just want to understand.
