I think we need to have hope in order to have faith It’s like Hope is faith without experience So how do we have hope when we feel lost and hopeless? Have faith? Have hope? These terms only bring me suffering These abstract concepts seem to distract me from what’s acutely going on within myself and around me But I do understand the need for these concepts and the emotions that are attached to them which drive us either in a positive or a negative direction But for me what I’m learning is that it’s more about the choices we make right now And having friends who can help us see what we can’t see But we gotta be open To accept the friends the universe is trying so desperately to guide us towards But then there’s that fear that creeps in And it’s that fear and that feeling of not being safe For some reason this fear and not feeling safe is very hidden and illusive And it doesn’t want to be exposed to the light But if we can muster up that courage to expose our fear into our mind consciousness then there’s a chance to liberate ourselves from our suffering Although the habit energy remains there It slowly dissipates with time and energy 🙏🏼 Deep bow
