I did this for 3 months every other day. Excellent results. I'm on a strict, high carb, vegan diet. I now have a thigh gap. And it also helped me get rid of fat on my sides. I recommend this for everyone (:

In year 2014, Nov I saw your this video and followed the workout everyday, 2-3 sets, depending on the my energy levels (5 days a week). Yes, I would just put on your video, eat healthy and drink lots of water and in 4 months, my body changed. MASSIVE MASSIVE CHANGE! By the time I was at my satisfactory weight, I was down from 68 kilos to 56 kilos. I can't thank you enough!! I personally don't like commenting on on people's post anywhere, but I just had to THANK YOU!!! Keep up the great work!

i cut down my processed sugar intake and stayed within my calorie limit. fitness pal is a great app to track your food and it helped me alot :)

I do These every night before I get ready for bed because I go to take a bath and let my legs relax and i do this in the morning every day before I take a shower so it really works i went from a size 7 to a 5 in two weeks doing this But then again I was eating healthy and running and when it was time from pe class because I'm 14 I do as much as I can in fitness and it worked fast!!!

Kinda crazy. This is the first workout I ever did back then in 2013. I remember my windows getting foggy, because I was sweating that much, although I only did 2 sets and several breaks. Today I did it again without any troubles after a 15min hiit workout. Joanna, you definitely changed (saved) my life! Managed to lose 30kg so far although I rarely stick to my fitness plans or diets that's why I'm still stuck on the last 10 kgs. But i would've never managed to get that far without you!

I love doing this exercise, Its been 3 weeks and now I am seeing a big improvement. I now have a thigh gap, it is very tiny but its there. Well I only did this for about two weeks (every other day) because I got too busy with uni stuff, but my thighs did get noticeably slimmer. Note, like I said before, I have been eating healthier and I added dance cardio along with this workout and I think that helped a lot! (oh and I wouldn't say they got muscly, I don't have a thigh gap but that's probably because I didn't do it for as long. But I am pretty content with the results!)

I was 148 then did this exercise twice in between a few days and cut back on food and be already lost 4 pounds!!! I'm going to try doing this 2-3 times a day but I don't know about it . Wish me luck . I already feel more confident I don't know if it's just what I want to see or true but I really don't care I'm going to do this till Christmas and if nothing works till then all stop. i used to do this everyday and the results made themself known in a months time. Mitchell Jones its actually going great! i did this with 30 min on the treadmill as my cardio everyday 6 times a week, and i lost about 9 llbs already :-) for dinner i have a salad and for breakfast i have yogurt or waffles, and for lunch i eat whatever but a very little of it if its oily or unhealthy.

I started trying to lose weight from June and I stopped in august as I was happy with the way I looked, I lost a stone in 3 months. I am 5"8 and i was 10 stone 4 pounds and I used this workout and did it 3 times a week while eating a half healthy diet ( always choosing a healthier option/ cutting out things I didn't have to eat, never really ate bread or crisps, cut out fast foods, still had it occasionally!) I went down to 9 stone 2 pounds by August and I found the work out easy by then haha. I stopped and I've gained 4 pounds but I'm still happy with the way I look and I'm restarting her work outs and I finding it so hard, it'll get better !! . also I never weighed myself for those 3 months because I don't ever think it's accurate I used a tape measure to track how much I was losing , previously 34" 29" 39" I went down to 32" (my breasts shrunk lol ) 25.5" waist and 38" hip, my goal was 24" waist but I was happy with the way I looked. And due to my body shape my hip more or less stayed the same. I think everyone can do it even if slowly you'll always feel better about yourself and for the healthy eating part don't stress yourself over it too much, some people let it take over their whole life it's better to do it at your own pace. When choosing to buy something choose the healthy option with less calories because you'll be eating healthier then you did months before so the weight will come of. sorry for the long post but I want everyone to stay positive and her videos helped alot !

Day 1st:- did 1 set feeling like hell but completed both the set Day 2nd:- did same Day 3rd:- did same Day 4th:- completed 1 set without any difficulty and completed 3rd set 2 workouts Day 5th:-completed both the set very easily Day 6:- did same Day 7:- getting amazing result Now waiting for day 60😊😊😊 Thank you so much Joanna ❤❤❤

How do you do squats that don't kill your knees I do them correctly but they still kill my Knees and they are my favorite leg work out? What should I do?

Squat as if your sitting in chair, remember to not let your knees go past your feet because it can cause a lot of pressure in your knees and future injuries. I wish more people knew this because so much people make this mistake!

I had the same problem for years. I started doing ballet workouts and yoga for hamstrings, hips, and lower back. When I did do a squat I wouldn't do a full one. I also made sure to distribute the weight onto my heels. I also did more core work. I really believe that the yoga stretches helped. No more knee pain

Don't listen to your parents! You are a perfectly healthy weight for your age and you are NOT overweight! The only thing you can really do is to try to eat healthier and engage in more physical activity, but to be honest, you don't need to worry. Everyone puts on weight while going through puberty, it's perfectly normal.

I have a thigh gap just in the lower part of the thigh, right above my knees because I started ballet 3 months ago, but in the higher part my thighs are really fat and not toned. Is this workout going to work for that? Can you give me some advice?

Started doing this workout on the 23th and trying to do it everyday once or twice. My goal is to cut the size of my thighs by 3 cm, and lose a few kgs. Starting at 53 cm and 48 kgs. Go go me! \(^.^)/

I don't think there's a need to see a doctor - it's just difficult for someone who isn't used to doing squats. My legs sort of gave up too (even though later on), as I haven't been incorporating squats into my workout routine.

I did this workout months ago and it did work. After about a week, I saw results. My thighs have formed that "gap" but since I have fatty thighs and big thighs, it does not really show up a lot. Thanks for a good workout, JoannA!
