If you ever decide to play this again, I've got some tips for you: Do NOT run while crouching. You move way too slowly. In fact, you should keep jumping while you're running. It conserves stamina and you go slightly faster. The only time you should crouch is when you're trying to get through an area without gaining the attention of one of the animatronics. Also let off the shift when the stamina bar is almost out. If you wait until it goes red you won't be able to run again until it's full, but if it's still blue while it's filling up you have the ability to run again if you need to before it's full. Stay away from every robot you see except the party bots in front of the attractions and the pizza bots. Even the cleaning bots can call the main animatronics to your location if you're too close to them, as you saw at the end of this video. The security bots will most likely call them immediately but the cleaning bots may take a few times of getting in their way. Absolutely do not let Freddy run out of power while you're in him. Luckily, he only uses power while you're in him, so if you don't need him for anything, don't use him. Freddy helps you hide from all the other bots, so use him if you can in situations where you need to escape quickly or you can't go through without running into a bot. You should keep in mind though that when you call him he goes to the place you were in when you hit the call button. If you have moved from that location since hitting the button, he won't come directly to you. This is good for some things but it can be a problem in emergency situations, so stay mindful. And something that took me an agonizingly long while to figure out (I've Speedrun this quite a few times) is in the backstage office, with all the screens and the four security doors, Freddy will not come to get you after you let him in if you are not standing in the right spot. You will die if he doesn't come to get you even when there's nothing else you can possibly do. So you need to stand in front of the vent facing the Freddy head where you got the security badge. I can't stress this enough. I died way too many times and honestly thought it was a glitch until I finally happened to be standing in the right spot. After you let him in you can't zap Monty and Roxy anymore so you have to be in the exact right position or they will get in and kill you. It's annoying, but that's what you gotta do. During the daycare sequence, the best method I've found for the generators is to run immediately to the right and go into the play structure furthest from the desk. There's a generator right inside. After you hit it, keep going forward and go up, then turn around and go to the slide directly behind you that leads up. Go up it, (you might have to jump to get into it, and then after you land crouch and then go up. There's a weird glitch with that slide), and then there's another tube directly behind you. Not the first one you see when you turn left. Keep turning and you'll see it. It's on the far wall directly behind where you came up the slide. Go straight through that tube (ignore the other directions you can go in there just go straight) and you'll fall into another spot directly in front of the second generator. Now make sure Moon is far from your location and then you can fall through the hole in the wall next to the generator. Run to the next play structure directly in front of you. The entrance is on the other side of it. Go through there and the generator is behind a wall on the bottom floor of that. Now run up the ramps and go through the area that has those punching bag looking things. You'll go up another ramp and then there's the fourth generator. Go straight ahead, down a ramp, across the bridge and then straight forward until you turn right. Then just go up the first ramp you see to the right. You have to move fast here because sometimes moon will just spawn right in this area and go right to where you're going. If he gets to the ramp before you, turn around and go back across the bridge and go down until you're outside of the play structure. There's a bottom floor entrance to the last structure. In both scenarios, just go up the ramps to the top and the generator will be right there. You should try to run through this before grabbing the security badge. You won't have a chance to after you do that. Also remember that just like Sun gets distracted when you knock over the cylinders, Moon does as well. So if you have to, use that to your advantage. And I can't stress this enough, but before you upgrade Freddy, save. Do not even touch the computer to upgrade him before you save. Because you can't mess up while upgrading him. And that's all I can think of off the top of my head. I may add more later if I think of it. Edit: Moon can see you when you're in Freddy. Don't walk into him or look at him too long, whether you're in Freddy or on your own, or you'll die.

The animatronics have a teleport problem, that isn't supposed to be in the game. So they'll teleport to you when getting caught by the guards and they'll even teleport in front of you when chasing you. It's one of the problems that the game has and hopefully the developers patch it soon.
