Because that is what Critter People do. These Puppies have no idea why they have been discarded, dumped or what-ever you want to call it. They just know they are cold, hungry, abused and frightened. No animal deserves that. Whether you are a Farmer and raise Cattle, Chickens or Pigs for food, you do not be cruel to the animals. As for Dogs and Cats, they need not pay the ultimate price for human cruelty! Bottom line, if you see them in these conditions around town, give them some help. In particular the puppies and the kittens. They are not old enough to figure it out. Dumped animals in particular.

I hate people who leave baby animals like this, dogs, cats or other pet.... I saw a person who dropped out a little kitten in a bushes.... I take to my home two days later cuz I could not find it where that small kitten go... I fed it and it became my best friend. Kitten was to thankful for me. I was crying when that little kitten drank water or ate food. My hearth was broken and at the same time happy cuz I saw the love in kitten's eyes for me. It is better to find one alone like you do in videos and adopt it as your family than buy new one. I always want to help for abandoned animals but I dont have enough money and space for all of them.
