Does it do tcm,,ecu,, throttle body resets?

Unfortunately, the 1000 will not perform TCM, ECU, or throttle resets. You can use the 1000 to scan the TCM module for codes or transmission fluid temperature. The 1000 can perform an oil light reset. Our 5610 model can support all these features

ok but, what is the difference between the v1 and the v2? Is it just the little green light? Is that why there is no easy way to find out?

The V2 update allows it to pair automatically and a lot faster. There were some changes to the UI as well.

The obd2 scanner 3160g works with 24v?

The 3160g will only support 96 and newer OBD2 certified vehicles. The 3160g will not work with commercial trucks, boats, and Some RVs that have 24-volt battery systems.

What the difference between the 1000 and the 3210RS?

The 3210RS will read and erase check engine codes, battery/alternator tests, and view/record/playback live data. The 3215RS supports all the features the 3210RS does plus ABS, SRS, TPMS, TPMS relearn procedures, Whole system scan, trans temp, brake pad life, oil life, oil level, EV/HEV/PHEV battery tests, battery reset/initialization, and oil light reset.
