Sam is focused on how post-translational modifications (PTMs) interact within signaling networks, using protein mass spectrometry, genomics, chemical biology, and genetic engineering. His research is set in understanding how the pathways regulate immune cell activation and differentiation, with the goal of advancing treatments for autoimmune disorders, cardiovascular disease, neurodegeneration, and cancer.

Antoinette’s practice focuses on advising clients about the creation, protection, acquisition, and maximization of intellectual property assets in a manner that optimally aligns with their business objectives.
