"We dont waste a lot of time with like bios and life stories around here. I care a lot less about who people use to be vs. what you can do right now." Not a truer statement made. One of the many reasons we love you, Billy. Many of us have had that moment in life when we discovered we had been a big fish in a small pond. Back in the 90's I showed up to my first match, not knowing anything about what I was getting in to. As I was driving to the range, I thought I was going to show up and have a good showing. The first shooter I saw shoot was a GM out of Alto TX. Immediately after witnessing him shoot his stage, the air left my body, and I realized I didn't know anything about shooting. This is when I realized I was a minnow in the ocean. Great show gentlemen.

There’s a subculture in the Jiu-Jitsu training sphere that is recently big on ecological training as well. Seems like high level athletics are going that direction, cool to see someone in shooting doing the same thing.

The reason Police officers have a less than 10% average nation wide hit ratio is specifically because of lack of understanding of target focus, practical shooting/predictive-reactive shooting principles, when they are faced with the need to shoot multiple times, fast and accurate. In addition that most of the training ( if there is any) is done without any stress inoculation. Slow bullseye, front sight focus, one eye closed, 1 shot at a time, taking the time to prep, pin, or come off trigger, and without any understanding of hand placement and pressures on the gun, when you are shooting more than 2, 6, 10 fast pace rounds. The point is that the training application agencies are using is the wrong application.
