Let's say I got this tank and added 2 clownfish, 1 shrimp and a few easy going corals. Would adding a nano protein skimmer make it okay for me to do 25% water change every other week?

I would think you'd be fine. I'd personally do a 10 g weekly water change to stay consistent.

Honestly, unless I'm running a 180+ gallon tank, I'm going to stick with the Two Part Dosing plus a balling method like Fauna Marin 1-3. The trace elements in the Fauna Marin can be predosed into your CA and ALK containers, so no manual dosing. CA reactors can go goofy and screw things up. But in all fairness, I'm not experienced with using them because I chose to stay clear.

I have mine next to my main display. I've gotten mixed opinions on my set up, lol. The main reason I placed mine next to my main DT is for functionality. It's sits right on top of the cabinet holding the ATO reservoir. I say do what makes you happy. Placing it next to your main DT makes it convenient to look at both tanks. 👍

Have you heard that KZbin is stopping monetization to all channels that have or under 1000 subscribers . I was asking all the larger channels , If you can do a video on this subject,and ask the reefing community to Subscribe to all reefing channels that are under 1000 subscribers.

I did hear about this. It sounds like they're making changes based on some inappropriate behavior of a couple very large KZbin channels. The advertisers no longer want to play ball with KZbin unless they address the issues. So they decided to control the smaller channels that have done nothing wrong.
