Asana: Cradle
Brief alignment: Lie on your back. Bend the knees, splay them out and bring the soles to touch. Thread both arms under the calves, and around the outer ankles. Open the knees further, and straighten the arms as you lift your torso up, and rock in a cradle.
Benefits: Opens the hips & shoulders, and tones the core.
Contraindications: Hips, shoulder, and lower back injury.
