Saniya Iyappan is one of the most promising young actors in Malayalam cinema. She debuted with the movie Queen and then went on to act in Lucifer where she played Jhaanvi. The role in Queen got her noticed for her performance and she went on to bag the Filmfare award for the best Debut. The movie Saturday Night was her recent release. Saniya is also a dancer; she came into the limelight with her reality shows. She is also a social media influencer with millions of followers. All this she has achieved at a very young age.
In this two-part conversation on I AM, she delves deep into her personal/professional life. Loved the interview. She’s matured at an accelerated rate due to all the trolls & trauma she’s dealt with. Also, Hope this message reaches her, ‘college life’ though you sometimes feel like you missed it, can be one of the MOST excruciating, painful & stressful time of your life. People go into depression & some even suicide in college. You should be happy you didn’t go through that. People are worse in person😂. I’m not saying college life is bad for all, but its not AT ALL like how it’s portrayed to be ! So consider yourself SAFE from all that! Coming to friends, it’s the same for everyone, not just celebrities, people tend to befriend you only to see your downfall or use you.. you’re not at all alone in that, Sad but true. You’ll probably find 1 or 2 friends in your life & that’s perfectly normal! Your circle gets smaller as you grow. I hope you pursue your career in acting & join a reputed Uni for arts abroad! You’ll meet so many like minded people where you’ll be able to improve & even get introduced to international movie industry! ❤ like Priyanka Chopra rightly said, BOLD girls make history !
