@ 0:42: (Vo-/Vo+ = r ) -> therefore shouldn't the equation be Vin = Vo+ (e^( g.l ) + r.e^( - g.l )) and same follows for Iin as well. Am I wrong? But, really appreciate the effort, and thanks for these videos. Very helpful in understanding the concepts. Keep up the good work!

Where are you getting gamma, little L, and Beta? Professors often say, "Here are the equations. Now run with them." Ugh.

Hi Dan, Little l is defined in the first figure - it's the distance, in meters, from the load. Gamma and beta are the standard variables used to represent the propagation constant and the lossless propagation constant, respectively. If you start at the beginning of this playlist, it might help introduce things in a logical manner.
