When a person supplies exempt goods is converted to taxable goods by govt it on goods and Capital goods can be taken limit of purchase of such goods is confined to last 1 year of purchase and for capital goods, 5% per calendar quarter is reduced my question- does the limit of purchase in last 1 year applicable for CAPITAL GOODS as well?
