Sa sinabi ni Pablo, hindi pala sila dumaan talaga sa korean training system kasi more on personality/mental development ang itinuro ng old company na bumuo sa kanila. Although it is one of the most important things that they need to learn, it is quite an achievement that the skills and talent that they have and honed are basically of their own doing. Its true, coz first priority of SBT before was to build a group that they can be brought to whatever events theyre doing. It was not really about building a Ppop group that can inherit the DNA of Kpop. It was very evident from the get go why there was no other teachers to mentor them except one - Hong. No vocal, no dance, no acting teachers. So, even during their trainee days, they are doing it competitively. After finalizing their group, they are still doing it alone with very minimal guidance. So, they adapted very quickly, and got even more impressive throughout the years. Now that they are doing it themselves, I AM CONFIDENT THAT 1Z WILL PRODUCE AN OUTSTANDING GIRL GROUP!
