As a boat tech myself, I can only imagine the forethought and planning of all these systems, I'm getting a headache just thinking about it. I assume you guys use cad and other computerized aids to design and plan these builds.

I have a question!...are you hiring?...I can sweep floors,fetch coffee,help design hulls and power train...only stipulation,..I must go on every sea trial!..Great videos!..wish they were longer!...God bless from Texas!

Hell yeah, I bought my boat up in New Bern N.C. About 20 miles up the Neuse river dome them. Sailed by them on my way back to Seabrook Texas. I should’ve stopped now my way buy.

Mr. Hodge what is the average time frame from design to acceptance? Just curious

In our world of fully-custom boats, if we could build in a perfect “vacuum” of circumstances, a 60’ boat could be done in about one and a half years. In the real world with multiple projects under way and the dynamic of making design decisions during the build, it becomes much more difficult to predict. I would say a two and a half year time frame is not a bad estimate.
