Here are combinationa of gujarati and rajasthani dishes.. as dhokla is authentic gujarati dish.. as well u had tri color dhokla that is called trirangi dhokla in gujarati. Then u had haandvi that is also gujrati dish. Then u had sweet daal that is gujrati daal. As well u had mango kadhi that is authentically said "keri no Fajeto" in gujarati. That is too gujarati dish. Even u had gujarati thepla the yellow flat bread too..

Ok in ur farsan platter. That potato jelly type thing was kothambir wadi, that colourful dhokla is called tirangi dhokla, that dahi char was khasta kachori char, that samosa like thing was ghughra, it can be both sweet and savory. And yes mumbai pani puri is the best pani puri in the whole freankin world... love u ivana, and thanks again for my special birthday wish...

That was mango kadhi ivana not pineapple khadi if i heard it right frm the waiter...!!! the kadhi with balls is the authentic kadhi and this one u tried was plain one...another thing that khadi varies from region to region all over india... And yess veg pulao is the right way to say it..... Loved this vlog as it feels homely to be served that buffet.....
