Luxury in India is very often overlooked by foreigners visiting the country. Especially the luxury India food buffet is very often incredible value for money with a delicious spread. I’ve previously made some videos showing a luxury India food buffet , but never at one of my favorite properties in the South: Grand Hyatt Kochi Bolgatty. Located in Kochi, Kerala not only do you get an incredible view over the lake but you also get to enjoy a yummy South India food as well as Western foods buffet. Q (Why) Are you vegetarian?
A I'm vegetarian but not strict. I don't eat any meat, fish, cooked/boiled or fried eggs. I gradually became a vegetarian over the course of 15 years because I disliked the taste of meat more and more. After doing a yoga teacher training in 2015 I also quit fish and the eggs. No matter my food preferences I have no issues with other people not being vegetarian. I don't judge others and kind of expect the same favor from others concerning my own food preferences. It makes for a more friendly world :-)
Q Why do you usually travel alone?
A Because my friends have jobs with limited holidays, kids and partners. Also I really like exploring on my own.

Pazhakam kanji is boiled rice water, onion, green chillies and curd used after 7or 8 hours. Cheera vada means a type of spinach vada. Kadala curry is Bengal gram curry

Please Ivana, rava and ragi are different. What you ate are ragi ada and idly not rava. Rava is the one we use in common upma, kichdi, kesari, etc

Nice video. But just for your record, Shakhsouka is not Israeli. It's North African (Morocco, Algeria, Tunisia). It became popular in Israel because Jews from North Africa brought it to there.
