First nothing is ever just natural if ur jumping that high also an extended penultimate is proven to work for the majority of people but for some people they’ll perfect they’re own tech that works best for them

@hyeboi you cant jump that high without training, you have to practice to learn how to jump nobody just naturally knows how to do it because of genetics, its literally practice, genetics only plays a fraction of the role that practice and training does

Concrete, indoors, anywhere i had a basket to jump to. 20 years of hoopin and big time dunking (windmills, 360's, you name it, i did it). Been in open gym last night. Still the same :) Its in your body and your will. If you will it, you can do it too :)

@@TenderViddlez Um no? You’re a dumbass if you think jumping like that will fuck up your knees. If you practice bad technique then yeh but otherwise no. It’s actually the opposite, your tendons not only get stiffer, bigger and stronger from this (proper rest and recovery + nutrition) but they also develop a way to store energy better instead of releasing it into heat. So on takeoff most people release the stored energy into heat but if you train yourself you can release all of it into power and look like you jump off a trampoline like this guy
