These sound FANTASTIC. I had heard they were going to release a super-accurate PAF humbucker, but this was a pleasant surprise. The neck pickup sounds really good.

Is this an alternative to lets say sh5 or Gibson 500t? Or is it a fresh construction that does not mimic any other iconic pickup?

@@petkopeet they're definitely their own thing, hotter and they have more bite

What pickups would you compare them to?

@@jblaze4583 they're quite unique, not like a JB/Jazz set or PAFs. The closest thing I can think of that I've tried is a Bill Lawrence 500XL (Nuno, Dimebag) and the neck is very much matched to that. The bridge is hot but not mid heavy like a lot of high gain pickups
