I think you should read , “Old Dragon’s Tale” It covers Laplace, The Demon Dargon King’s story. It basically tells how relations between the ‘6 Faced’ world broke down and why the dragon god decided to invade the other worlds. It’s kind of sad.

Well the Dragon God did not just destroy the other worlds for no reason he got trick by Hitogami, also I think Aldebaran was a made up character by the humans from what I remember

This is the lore but a severely dumbed down version. What's written in the history books in the world of Mushoku Tensei nowhere near portrays the entire history behind it: The seven ancient worlds, the dragon god's rampage, the two human demon wars and the demon god Laplace himself.
